Rafael Souto Maior
Since a young age Rafael travelled around Brazil with his family. After moving to the UK he took the opportunity to travel around the world, visiting over 21 countries. In one of those experiences he found the love for hiking after visiting Nepal. Since joining the PatagoniaHero team, he had a real pleasure helping our guests plan their next adventure.

Francisco Rodríguez Born and raised in the Region of Magallanes and the Chilean Antarctic. Francisco is a mountain guide with a Master's degree in Environmental Management. His passion for the mountains has led him on climbs throughout Chile, from the northern desert to the snowy landscapes of southern Patagonia. As a mountain guide he has extensive experience in the Torres del Paine National Park. He speaks Spanish and English and is certified by the Chilean National Mountain School and in Wilderness First Aid.

Raine Gorter
Raine is a lifelong world traveller. She left home at 17, and visited over 35 countries since. She first trekked in Nepal in 2016 and has since been back at every opportunity. She is passionate about travel and trekking and enjoys assisting our guests with planning their perfect adventure holiday.

Latisha Ellenberg
Latisha is an outdoor adventurer who loves to travel and spends her time in the backcountry, backpacking, camping, kayaking and snowboarding. She's been a professional photographer for 13 years and an avid traveler her whole life. Her job is her passion, not just her hobby. For her there's nothing better than having the ability to meet so many great people and to be rewarded with the opportunity to help them create memories that will last a lifetime.

Sancha De Klerk
Sancha is constantly seeking out new experiences and pushing her limits. Whether it's hiking a new trail, trying a new sport, or exploring a new city, she's always up for an adventure. With a passion for the outdoors and a desire to inspire others to get outside and explore, she's dedicated to helping people discover their sense of adventure.
